Kinney Drugs is a chain of approximately 100 drugstores throughout central and northern New York and Vermont and was founded in 1903 by Burt Orrin Kinney, a native of Gouverneur, New York.
Kinney Drugs operates primarily throughout the metropolitan areas of Syracuse, Watertown, and Plattsburgh, NY and, to a lesser extent, in Burlington, Vermont. Many locations have freestanding stores with drive-thru pharmacies and require plenty of sign maintenance, from refacing letters, to repairing electrical outages, aging sign faces or structures, to complete overhauls during a remodel.
