Welcome to Gill Creative Industries (GCI)! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By engaging with GCI, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
GCI refers to Gill Creative Industries.
Client refers to the person or organization engaging GCI for services.
Services refer to the custom sign design, fabrication, and installation provided by GCI.
2. Quotations & Estimates
All quotations and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any changes to the project scope after acceptance may result in additional charges.
3. Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required before work commences.
Final payment is due upon completion of the project, prior to delivery or installation.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.
Late payments may incur interest charges after 30 days.
4. Project Timelines
GCI will provide an estimated timeline for the project. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., supply chain issues). The Client will be notified of any delays as soon as possible.
5. Design Approval
GCI will provide digital proofs for the Client’s approval before production. It is the Client’s responsibility to review all proofs for accuracy, including design, text, and dimensions. Once approved, GCI is not responsible for errors or omissions.
6. Revisions
The Client is entitled to two rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions may be subject to extra fees, which will be communicated to the Client before proceeding.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
If the Client cancels the project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
Refunds for completed projects are not available as each product is custom-made.
8. Warranty & Liability
GCI provides a warranty on workmanship and materials for 12 months from the date of delivery or installation.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, weather conditions, or vandalism.
GCI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
9. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All design files remain the property of GCI until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the Client is granted non-exclusive rights to the designs for their intended use.
GCI reserves the right to display completed work for promotional purposes.
10. Installation
GCI offers professional installation services. Any issues related to site conditions that affect installation are the responsibility of the Client.
If the Client opts for self-installation, GCI is not responsible for any damages resulting from improper installation.
11. Changes to Terms
GCI reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the Client’s responsibility to review the terms regularly.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State.
